Kelley Brown – Fearless Mom

Meet Kelley Brown, a mom who grabbed my heart from the moment we met. Her smile and sweet demeanor are engaging, her love of Jesus apparent and her life story heart wrenching. This amazing mom is newly widowed, having lost her husband while he was serving our country in Afghanistan as a member of the elite Seal Team 6.  Kelley sweetly shares a life changing message with you dear friends. She reminds us all of what is really important…and what is not.

We invite you to hear much more of Kelley’s grace filled story by listening to her on FamilyLife Today and would ask that you lift up a prayer for her and the thousands of other families who sacrifice for us through their military service.

Kelley Brown is the mom of Nathan and Savannah, and was a wife until March 17, 2010 when her husband was killed while serving his country as a Navy Seal in Afghanistan. Adam and Kelley’s story is told in the book Fearless by Eric Blehm. The Browns reside in Hot Springs, where Kelley has established The Adam Brown Legacy Foundation and is working to continue Adam’s legacy of devotion to family, faith, perseverance, and compassion.

About Tracey

Hey – I’m Tracey Eyster, Implementer of Fun and the happily in love wife of Bill! My home is constantly filled with teenagers – and that’s a good thing! My daughter is a Freshman in college, my son a High School Sophomore and I substitute teach at the Middle/High School… Life is definitely interesting! You might find us hiking, camping, kayaking, on one of our horses, the dirt bike, go cart, or four wheeler, but you definitely won’t find us sitting still…for long! Intentional parenting and memory making are numero uno in our home! Well, that along with a good home cooked meal and a night of playing games with close friends! And for the record – I never met a fresh baked chocolate laced cookie I didn’t like!
